Crystal Park

LOCATION: Crystal Park is located at 20057 Crystal Springs Road, Grand Rapids, MN 55744, which is off of Crystal Springs Road, about 1/2 mile from Zorbaz Restaurant.

AMENITIES: At this park, you will find a covered picnic pavilion with two grills, six picnic tables, and an outlet box with four electrical plug-ins. For recreation, this park contains two tennis courts with benches, a full basketball court, a sand volleyball court, a horseshoe pit, playground area with benches, a baseball field with bleachers, a horseshoe court, and a skating rink with warming shack. A portable bathroom is maintained at Crystal Park all year long. 

RESERVATIONS: You may reserve this pavilion, at no charge, by contacting the caretaker at (218) 398- 5033.

POLICIES: Please note that there are no garbage cans at the park, so you need to take your garbage with you.  Also, no alcohol is allowed at Crystal Park, or any other township property. Click here for a full list of the Crystal Park policies.

ACCESSIBILITY: For your convenience, there is a cement walkway from the posting box entrance to the pavilion.  And there are approximately 22 parking spots in the newly paved parking lot. This park has a fence around it, with several pedestrian by-pass entrances, which are handicapped accessible.

WINTER: Ice Rink and Warming Shack Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Saturdays: 12 Noon to 8:00 PM

Sundays: 12 Noon to 8:00 PM

School Vacation: 12 Noon to 8:00 PM

Rinks will be closed at minus 10 degrees F.  In case of extreme weather (storms, windchills, warm weather), the decision to close the warming houses will be made by the Maintenance Supervisor.

The rinks are maintained through February, or as long as the weather permits
